You’ll learn to model the behaviors you want, run better sales meetings, and coach your team in Sales Coach methods. In doing so, you’ll set the standard for your team, ensuring they understand and apply the same principles.

How we structure "Leaders Go First" training

Our Leaders Go First training is delivered over three intensive 3-hour sessions, spaced a few weeks apart. You’ll be introduced to the Sales Coach mindset, methodologies, and communication models, so you can lead by example and ensure your team implements their training.

Kick-off session

We start by introducing you to the Sales Coach mindset, methodologies, and communication models. Whether delivered in-person or online, this session is all about understanding your leadership responsibilities and how you’ll be the driving force behind your team’s success.

Training sessions

You’ll get hands-on experience with 1-on-1 coaching, running team sessions, conducting war rooms, and developing sales pipelines. You’ll learn how to align your team’s efforts, ensure everyone is on the same page, and lead them through real-world challenges.

Assignments & tasks

Between sessions, you’ll be tasked with practical exercises designed to reinforce what you’ve learned. These assignments ensure you’re not just absorbing information but actively implementing it.
