Privacy policy for processing personal data in Sales-Coach

1.1 This document contains a policy statement regarding Sales-Coach ApS (“we”, “us” or “our”) collection, use and processing of personal data (“privacy policy”). The privacy policy is applicable when the company processes personal data about its customers.

1.2 We are the data controller for the processing of your personal data and are thus responsible for ensuring that your personal data is processed in accordance with the data protection legislation in force from time to time.

  • Position;

2.3.1 General personal data

  • Email, if signing up to newsletters or similar;
  • Data collected from cookies and similar technologies. 

3. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING 

3.1 We process the personal data above with the following purposes:  

  • To be able to administer the customer relationship.
  • For marketing purposes. This includes profiling, so that we can target marketing to you and your interests.
  • To fulfill our legal obligations. 

4. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING 

4.1 In the following, for each processing purpose, you can see on what basis we process your data.  

4.2. You have an unconditional right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. You also have the right to revoke your prior consent. The withdrawal of your consent has no consequences for the lawful processing of the personal data prior to the withdrawal, just as we may continue to process your personal data on other legal grounds, except direct marketing. 

5. RECIPIENTS 

5.1 We may share and disclose your personal data to the following relevant recipients:

  • External accountants, lawyers and similar recipients.
  • Service providers acting as data processors on the basis of a data processing agreement. 

5.2. We do not transfer your personal data to third countries outside of EU/EEA.


6. RENTENTION  

3.1 We store your personal data for as long as you have an active subscription. In the event that your subscription is terminated, we will retain your data for 90 days after which it will be permanently deleted.   

7. YOUR RIGHTS  

7.1 You have the right to request access and further information concerning the processing of your personal data, or request that we correct, rectify, complete, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data. You have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data that we process relating to you free of charge twice (2) every calendar year. For any additional copies requested by you, we may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs.


7.2 If information about you changes, you must inform us about this so that the changes can be recorded.

7.3 You have the right to restrict the Processing of your Personal Data, if:
  • you have questioned the accuracy of the Personal Data,
  • the Processing is unlawful, and you have requested a restriction of the Processing,
  • we no longer need your Personal Data for the original purpose, but we need it to establish, exercise or defend rights, or
  • an assessment of what legitimate interest is the most important in connection with pending request for the erasure of Personal Data 

7.4 if the Processing is based on the legal grounds, consent or fulfilment of contract you have the right to data portability. Data portability means that you can receive the personal data that you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and have the right to transfer such data to another data controller.

9. NOTICE OF CHANGE TO THE PRIVACY POLICY 

9.1 If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you. If the changes require your consent, we will provide you with additional, separate notice under the circumstances and request your consent in accordance with applicable personal data legislation.
